Terms & Refund Policy

Everest Tutoring provides one-on-one virtual tutoring for New York State Regents classes, and Student Hub access, provided by Caden Kidd. Four options are available:

• The Ascent Session — $30, one-time. A single 60-minute one-on-one virtual session in Geometry, Algebra I, Biology, or Earth & Space Science. No subscription and no automatic renewal.
• The Expedition Package — $60 per month. Two 60-minute one-on-one virtual sessions each calendar month in Geometry, Algebra I, Biology, or Earth & Space Science, plus WhatsApp homework support with replies within 24 hours. Student Hub access is not included.
• The Summit Package — $75 per month. Two 60-minute one-on-one virtual sessions each calendar month in Geometry or Algebra I, full Student Hub access (lesson materials, worksheets, student resources, and the Yeti study assistant), plus WhatsApp homework support with replies within 24 hours.
• Student Hub — $15 per month. Student Hub access only, for Geometry and Algebra I. No tutoring sessions are included.

A free 30-minute trial session is available for the two monthly session plans, The Expedition Package and The Summit Package. Members may also purchase additional sessions at $30 each; extra sessions stay on the account until they are used.

Unused monthly sessions do not roll over to the following month.

The Expedition Package is billed at $60 USD per month, The Summit Package at $75 USD per month, and Student Hub access at $15 USD per month. Each subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until canceled. The Ascent Session and additional sessions are one-time payments and do not renew. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and you will receive an emailed receipt for each charge.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. Access to booking and the Student Hub may be paused until the payment is resolved.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing controls in the member portal or Student Hub, which open the Stripe customer portal. There is no long-term commitment.

When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and access to booking and the Student Hub ends when the current period expires.

Because tutoring services are scheduled and delivered on a monthly basis, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Unused sessions within a paid month do not carry over and are not refunded.

If you believe your account was charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

Sessions are booked through the member portal or Student Hub and are subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed sessions without prior notice count toward the monthly session allotment.
