Terms & Refund Policy

The Everest Monthly Membership is a subscription for math tutoring services provided by Caden Kidd. Each membership includes:

• Two personalized 45-minute one-on-one tutoring sessions per calendar month.
• Access to lesson notes, worked examples, and practice materials in the Student Hub.
• WhatsApp support for questions between sessions (responses within 24 hours).
• A personalized learning plan tailored to the student's goals.

Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month. Additional sessions beyond the two-per-month limit may be arranged separately.

Membership is billed at $75 USD per month and renews automatically on the same day each month until canceled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You will receive an emailed receipt for each renewal.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. Access to booking may be paused until the payment is resolved.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the "Manage billing" button in the Student Hub, which opens the Stripe customer portal. There is no long-term commitment.

When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and access to the Student Hub and booking ends when the current period expires.

Because tutoring services are scheduled and delivered on a monthly basis, membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Unused sessions within a paid month do not carry over and are not refunded.

If you believe your account was charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

Sessions are booked through the Student Hub and are subject to confirmation. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed sessions without prior notice count toward the monthly session allotment.
